I'm a Product Designer with 4 years of industry experience including Community and Finance. I was born and raised in Taiwan and currently living in Taipei, Taiwan.

I'm obsessed with creating a delightful user experience that also achieves business goals. With specialization in multi-fields of design, I can practically convert abstract ideas to feasible deliverables. I’m also user-centric and strive to bring value to the people who use the product. I enjoy being a designer so that I can make a positive impact on the world.

In my free time, I like traveling to some countries, hiking with friends, and chatting with friends in cafes. I always get inspired by things I love and apply them to my design.

  • Led the design of video functions for the Taiwan market. My focus areas covered video creating process, viewer experience, cross-platform (mobile web, app, desktop) experience, and established design library.
IBM
Product Designer | 2020. Aug - 2021. Sep
  • Participated in the APP and website revision of financial industries, such as Hua Nan Bank, O-Bank and First Bank. I was in charge of UI design and assisted in product development flow design.
  • Up to 84.2% users were satisfied with my design in the O-Bank project.
  • Increasing the score in System Usability Scale (SUS) of Hua Nan Bank APP to 82.5 (with the other APPs averaging 68), and I was responsible for UI, UX, and establishing the “Design Guideline” in the Hua Nan project.
UXI Design

  • Participated in the Bank SinoPac APP project, redefined the flow of “Dawho” user experience through Design Sprint and Comparable Analysis methodologies.
  • Offered wireframe, flow, and interactive mockup as well as established the visual design of “Dawho,” which won the IF Design Award 2021.
LINE
Brand Designer | 2018. Jul - 2019. Jun
  • Participated in the Chatbot Project as the UI Designer. After figuring out potential users’ demands and pain spots, I provided accurate solutions and created a better user experience. My team was awarded 2nd place and selected to report to the whole company, including the LINE general manager.
  • Responsible for providing services for LINE Timeline (social network), LINE Giftshop (E-commerce) and LINE Stickers. Among these, I assisted in the brand design of new services (such as LINE Timeline) from the start, which reaches millions of CTR via Lunar New Year special events.
  • Participated in the Father’s Day project as Marketing Page Designer. The CTR has risen 26% compared to last year’s similar event.
